I am a big fan of honey. I use it pretty much in everything: marinades, salad dressing, with cheese, for tea and coffee. Koina honey has a very unusual, I would say a unique taste. It’s not just sweet, it has a very complex flavor accents which range from sweet to spicy, tangy and back to sweet again as it melts in your mouth. Highly recommend this product!
