At Koina Honey, we take pride in delivering high-quality, organic honey. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

1. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@koinahoney.com
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
